Refund & Return Policy

At Haazir, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items without original packaging
• Sale or discounted items

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 30-day warranty on all products. If your item is defective or stops working within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will repair or replace it at no extra cost.

To claim warranty, email us at hashirzainbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and photos/video of the defect. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Note: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, or water damage.
